Cost & Medical Insurance

I am a recognised provider with the major medical insurance companies (BUPA, Allianz, Aviva, WPA, Vitality Health, Helix Health Service, Exeter Family etc.)

Your insurance company can be invoiced directly, providing that ‘pre-authorisation’ has been obtained. Some medical insurance firms require that a referral is obtained from your General Practitioner (GP) as a condition of the insurance policy. Therefore, we would recommend that you make contact with your insurance firm prior to your initial consultation. You will be given a pre-authorisation reference number by your insurance company, which will simplify the process of account payment.

Please bring your insurance details (policy number and authorization number) to the initial consultation.

If pre-authorisation has not been granted prior to the consultation, you will be sent an electronic invoice with a request for secure payment via Paypal (a Paypal account is not required) before you attend.

Alternatively, you can pay by cash or cheque on the day of your visit and should then forward the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement.
